Windsor’s New Year’s campaign was one-size-fits-all—until I pitched a bold new approach. By segmenting “Our Girl” into four distinct personas, we reshaped campaign messaging and secured the copy team’s seat at the creative table. This was my first taste of content strategy—and the spark that ignited my passion.
